The best way to prepare a floor for long lasting protection against wear, abrasion and chemicals is with a good sealer. This all-purpose sealer is ideal for use on resilient tile floors, as well as porous interior surfaces such as brick, ceramic, grout, quarry tile, and concrete. It is tough and not readily removed. A single coat, properly applied, will provide an excellent barrier and improve adhesion of floor finishes. It can prevent pitting, flaking and dusting of concrete surfaces, thus saving maintenance and repair costs. Can be stripped with finish dissolving strippers.
